| The General Assembly defines Cefic’s general objectives and provides it with the means and the mandate to attain its mission. |
The General Assembly is composed of all Cefic members –companies and national associations. An Ordinary Meeting of the General Assembly is held at least once a year under the authority of the President.
The General Assembly sets the general policy, approves the activity report of the Board, elects the Board and the Executive Committee as well as a Nomination Committee, a Finance and Audit Committee, and approves the budget and financial accounts.
