GES Worker Chemical Safety Assessment (CSA) Template

This template supports the Cefic guidance on the Development of Generic Exposure Scenarios under REACH. The Template also helps Lead Registrants to translate available Sector-specific GES’s into substance-specific exposure scenarios for occupational exposure to support their substance registration.
Templates for the environment and consumer exposure are under separate development. Users will need to ensure that they have activated an appropriate level of security within the Microsoft Excel file to allow the macro to run.

Cefic model REACH data sharing agreement

Importing raw materials and products into the EU

Cefic model REACH cooperation agreement between SIEF Lead Members

The model cooperation agreement between SIEF Lead Members provides a contractual framework for the cooperation between the Lead Members as an alternative to the model consortium agreement when according to the SIEF categorisation, the SIEF Leadership Team is formed by a reduced number of Lead participants and there is no consortium in place.
